Fantastic company, stayed in a lovely house managed by them for two years and everyone was always very helpful and quick to respond to any problems or questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable quality accomodation in Sheffield.

They are very lenient and understand that students will be students within reason, ensuring problems are seen to as soon as possible. Overall great landlords and have chosen to stay with them another year because of it.
I am about to go into my second year in my house with PC properties and I have no complaints at all. They really are what landlords should be after hearing some of the horror stories of what my friends have been through in their student accommodation - luckily I can’t relate! The property is well maintained and good value, maintenance issues are resolved really quickly and their communication is really good!
