This mohammad al mashaykheh or whatever guy is extremely rude and arrogant talking to others as if he is some higher being when he is doing the job you are paying him to do(note that the amount you are going to be paying is NOT CHEAP AT ALL) and did cause me to have a very bad experience when I did go to the United States. Other than that the services are okay. Much could be done at this price range to be honest but whatever
